Claim :
  • Claims are accepted 2 week after the arrival on destination port.
  • All claims must be supported by files in detail with a full description of the damage, picture and production codes.
  • No refund for the damage goods, but will be replacing with the same one
  • Replacement of damaged goods after agreement on the claim and shipped FOB Semarang Port – Indonesia .
